Train the Fit Tester for Respiratory Protection

Private delivery enables workplaces to provide training in the way that works best for them. This flexible option makes training groups of learners easy, allowing you to set the date, use example training scenarios based on your workplace, and choose how the training is offered. A knowledgeable health and safety consultant will deliver the training through your choice of medium: virtually or delivered in-person at your workplace.

Basics

This 4-hour certification training is designed to educate and prepare learners for fit testing and the use of respiratory protection, so they will be able to fit test others within their organization. This Respirator Fit Tester training is tailored for aerosol & bioaerosol hazards found in Healthcare workplaces.

This course is made up of three components: a theoretical eLearning component, followed by a live online practical component and demonstration of a qualitative fit test, with a final online evaluation.

This course does not certify participants to train others to be fit testers nor does it qualify participants to conduct fit testing as paid service offering.
