Managing Mental Health - Return to Work Stay at Work for Public Safety

Private delivery enables workplaces to provide training in the way that works best for them. This one-day course helps supervisors build a toolkit of resources to support healthy, safe and successful stay-at-work and return-to-work following an absence due to a mental health condition.

  • How to build an individualized toolkit that can be used in the workplace to support a successful stay-at-work or return-to-work

  • Considerations for disability management

Who should take this course?

This course is applicable to supervisors in public safety organizations within the province of Ontario, including dispatch, police, fire, paramedic and corrections.
